Project Control & Electrical Engineer (PCEE)
Responsibilities:
- Controlling the progress of the project, ensuring resource availability and allocating the same, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, and reporting.
- Understand the operational process of engineering.
- Work with other engineers in a number of functions, including the design, purchase and use of machinery in a variety of engineering fields.
- Specialize in designing, developing, installing and maintaining engineering equipment.
- Ensure that the engineer systems work safely, efficiently and effectively.
- To track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-track.
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (power distribution)
- Good knowledge in design, development, testing and manufacturing engines, tools and electrical devises.
- Able to design and develop new control systems, while having the ability to maintain existing systems.
- Must be able to work individually and with design engineers and operational engineers.
- Interpersonal skills are essential,

- Willing to be placed on site in any areas of Indonesia.

- Understand Building, Hotel and Residential segments,
- Experienced to handle projects & maintain relationship with project mille
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts, purchasing and despatch
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Scan the market for new projects
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how and why the company can meet consultant, contractor, and owner needs
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with contractors.
- Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target
- Liaise with other members of the sales team
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in selling field & good knowledge in salesmanship
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Have good knowledge about sales procedures and merchant services

- Computer Knowledge, Wiring Diagram, Electrical Network Process,Aut.Hi Tech, Technical Knowledge
- Generating product knowledge in detail (commissioning, problem solving and maintenance), Testing procedure, Setting calculation and application on any kind of relay protection, Able to use tools of site activity

Responsibilities:

- Able to design and support pre-sales (FO) and project execution (BO) in Engineering matter

- S1 Electrical or Electronic Engineer or DIII Polytechnic
- Experience in Electrical equipment and relay protection field, PLC / Automation & Communication field, PLC, Relay Protection and Sepam , Electrical System Engineer, Recognize International Standard such as : IEC, ANSI/NEMA
- Good understanding in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical equipment and product, Product knowledge
- Good communication in English and Indonesia
- Communication , Auto cad and Schneider software tools, Relay Protection and Computer Knowledge
- Work Location : Cilandak and Pulo Gadung
Responsibilities:
- To manage and execute the customer order after getting the job.
- To keep the budgeted margin during execution up to end of orders warranty.
- To ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical-Power)

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and same position
