Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for below positions:

Project Cost Control - Mining (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate onsite training process including implementation, policies and programs in order to ensure onsite training is well conduct in line with training plan as well as company’s policies and procedures
  • Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard.
  • Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion.
  • Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
  • Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
  • Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract.
  • Responsible to check that the cost codes on each Material Requisition (MR) are correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is sufficient to cover proposal purchase, ascertaining Purchase Order (PO) has been cover proposed costs are considered to be committed and refer to the budget.
  • Responsible to review and confirm that Subcontractor invoices are as per Contract terms & conditions for the further payment process
Requirements:
  • Willing to be placed to all company’s project locations
  • Required to work extended hours to meet reporting deadline
  • Computer literate, and familiar with project software such as PRISM, etc.
  • Min. 2 years experiences in the similar fields
  • Good communication skill especially with the project team to keep aware of potential changes
  • Required to review all project cost items such as Purchase Orders, Labor, Material Charges, Work Orders, Scope changes, and invoices
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major

Engineering Superintendent (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, Project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and Project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
  • Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
  • Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
  • Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
  • Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria.
  • Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
  • Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
  • Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
  • Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of all mining engineering staff.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the training and mentoring of personnel as required by the company.
  • Assist the Project Manager in promoting the development of teamwork.

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Good leadership and communication skill.

Procurement Analyst (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Analyse procurement indicator and order/vendor database and provide report in weekly bases for System inventory to achieve the most efficient and effective way to meet Company’s goals in accordance to procedures, bussiness ethics and government regulations
  • Responsible to maintain and use effective cost control systems daily and monthly in accordance with company procedures from award to completion, using data collected from all departments at site and off site, and SBOS.
  • Resposible to prepare,review and approve the cost report for the project monthly report in accordance with reporting deadlines.
  • Responsible to receive the approves daily worksheets from the base controller and use this information in the preparation of monthly invoices and reports.
  • Responsible to accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring ativities and reporting for use by the operations manager and the supply base manager in controlling project margins.
  • Responsible to forecast resource requirements including manning levels for use by the Operation Manager
  • Responsible to assist with monthly progress claims in association with the Operations Manager and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of each of the contract.
  • Responsible to prepare cash flow ferecasts for the POSB.
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain current the project varitation register
  • Provide logistical support to the operations manager in resolving contractual issues with the client, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature.
  • Provide support to the Operation Manager with the preparation and documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years experiences in procurement analyst or business analyst
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard spesification
  • Good communication & negotiation skill
  • Time manageable and target oriented
  • Good behaviour, open, honest and proactive person
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Power point or repor preparation and presentation

CSR Officer (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of company’s licence to operate
  • Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs.
  • Execute develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well.
  • Coordinate and liase with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly.
  • Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.
  • Develop ways to measure, learn from and improve impact; monitor progress of partnerships or delivered programs, and report to founder and board on a regular basis to ensure programs effectiveness
  • Prepare and propose CSR budget for each site location and for tendering purposes in order to ensure all budgets are meet the objectives
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Public Relation or Communication
  • Min. 2 years working experiences in related field
  • Deep understanding of community initiative subject
  • A self driven person and result oriented.

Admin Assistant (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative/clerical support for procurement division
  • Proactive to establish dokument and records system with accurate, easy to be access and follow with the current operational procedure
  • Provide clerical support

  • Photocopy document as required
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
  • Min. High Diploma (D3) with 2 years experience in administration job, bachelor degree with working experience or fresh graduate.
  • Having minimum knowledge anout ledger
  • Have good knowledge skil in microsoft office program and other computer application will preferred
  • Able to communicate in English (passive)
  • Ability to work extended hours to meet job objectives
  • Good administration knowledge such as document, records, performance reporting, analysis data, etc

Account Payable (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • To Control the account payables routines in each Section including monitoring the processing and payment of creditor invoice and raising and collection of client invoices
  • Implement on safety and environmental target in the office.
  • Calculate and ensure VAT, withholding tax is properly accounted for and paid.
  • Prepare non-complex balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare invoices to clients based on information from site. Follow up any outstanding information necessary to compleete invoices on time.
  • Maintain register of outstanding invoices and provide information to site accountant to allow timely follow up.
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma or bachelor Degree in accounting.
  • Min. 1 years experience in accounting area
  • Good in communication skill
  • Attention to details and computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some financial dokuments
  • May be required to work extended hours to meet reporting deadlines
