Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for below positions:

Graduate HSE Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Supporting and assist the HSE Corporate/Project Team in implementation and operation of HSE Management System in daily basis.
  • The graduate HSE will gain valuable experience in all HSE area  based on a pre-determined rotation program.
  • Assist HSE Team to maintain, update and implemented Government Regulation related to project operation.
  • Prepare reporting in incident event in order to assist HSE Team in reporting incident injury event at project
  • Assist and involve with HSE Team to conduct investigation for incident injury event or another event with high risk consequence in order to gain experience in conducting investigations.
  • Assist HSE Team in managing the HAZOB (collecting, follow up action, register and train employee in develop good quality hazard observation)
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environment Engineering.
  • Have min GPA of 2.75 out of 4 scale.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
  • Willing to work in a remote area
  • Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be prepared to develop industry skills and
  • Willing to take instructions from others
  • Must be prepared to learn and undertake on the job training
Payroll Admin - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and input data payroll for all employees in order to ensure all staff monthly salary paid to their bank account on schedule, conform with their entitlement and all regulation.
  • Prepare, distribute and collect timesheet to ensure daily timesheet are available with the appropriate appoval.
  • Input timesheet, allowance, overtime and deduction into payroll system to ensure the accurancy timesheet input before payroll processing.
  • Prepare Personnel Action report (PAR) for new hire, transfers, change status as required to be submitted to HO payroll.
  • Prepare employee pay slip and distribute it in to all employee at the end of the month after salary payment.
  • Prepare summary report of employee data administration as requested by relevant parties in order to satisfy the lines management needs.

Junior Internal Auditor - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Perform audit procedures and programs to assist Internal Audit Division achieving its mission as reflected in Internal Audit Charter. Handle all administration tasks within Internal Audit Division.
  • Assists Senior Auditor in preparing and formulating audit program and procedures based on each project/function characteristics in order to meet audit objectives
  • Conducts audit and reviews on low risk areas to ensure adequacy of internal control within projects/functions
  • Identifies weaknesses and inefficiencies in current system and recommends improvements in current work practices and procedures
  • Prepares and documents all working papers in good order
  • Contacts relevant auditees regarding the follow up of each audit finding under review
  • Assists the Senior Auditor and Head of Internal Audit in providing guidance to Functions and Projects regarding internal control aspects of policies and procedures while they are being formulated
  • In case of suspected misappropriation discusses proposed action with Senior Auditor and/or Internal Audit Manager in order to determine any wrongdoing, identify parties involved and to quantify loss.
  • Assists the Senior Auditors in liaising with both parent company's Internal Auditors and External Auditors, and provides  necessary reports and work result needed for their audit works
Requirements
  • Knowledge of accounting principals, practices, techniques and theories of financial reporting and internal control; auditing standards, practices and techniques; computer applications used in auditing and data processing; principals and practices pertaining to financial systems.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Min. 2 years experience as auditor or finance/accounting staff
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent in English written and verbal
