Education:
  • S1 Economics - Development Studies, Business Management, Mathematics / Statistics, preferably S2 Energy and Petroleum Economics
  • Have ability to analyze the Macro Economy
  • Have Ability to perform statistical forecasting and decision making
  • Have Knowledge of the energy economy and oil and gas
  • Have ability to analyze policy Macroeconomic, Fiscal, Monetary and Energy
  • Experienced in related field of at least 10 years after graduating S1
Assistant Manager Cost Accounting - SPC ( E-CSS-SPC1 )
Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Economics / Accounting / Business Management / Computer / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering
  • Have the knowledge and ability as an Accountant
  • Have knowledge of ERP Business Process Oil and Gas
  • Have knowledge of business processes SPC
  • Have knowledge of management, organization, systems and procedures
  • Have knowledge in Cost Accounting or controlling
Analyst, Culture Change Management - HR ( E-HR-CC-1 )
Requirements
  • S1 majoring in Law / Management / STIR / Economics / Psychology / Business Administration / Communication / Industrial Engineering
  • Mastering Performance Management, Change Management
  • Able to perform Project Management
  • Able to perform Root Cause Problem Solving
  • Able to think tactically and systematically
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of workers, both mass communication and individual communication.
  • Experienced in the Transformation / Culture Change
  • Experienced in the field of Change Management or Corporate Culture

Requirements
