Plant Secretary
Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Site Plant Manager, you will responsible to contribute to Thiess Corporate Objectives, perform all secretarial functions and responsible for general administrative support to Plant Manager, manage the proactive and efficient administration support to the Manager, represent Plant as the contact officer, actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times, communicate openly and honestly at all times.
- Minimum Diploma 3 of Secretarial or degree from all faculty;
- Minimum 1 years experience in Secretarial duties, prefer in the large mining or construction industry;

- Reporting to the Senior Mine Engineer, this position will provide mine planning services and technical support so as maximize productivities in the most cost efficient manner, while ensuring a safe professional environment is maintained.
Requirements :
- Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining;
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry;
- Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac will be an advantage;

- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

Data Analyst

- Reporting to the Data Management Group Supervisor, you will have responsibilities to optimize component life through the application of data trending and analyzing; download data from mobile equipment and create reports on condition and events to Operations and Maintenance departments in safety, timely and accurate manner; electronic monitoring and data logging of on board equipment systems for vital signs and irregularities; report and generate work orders for any prognostic (before failure) data from daily and weekly download; download and report events where irregularities occurred after component failure; assist in the development and implementation of true and accurate reports for Mining and Maintenance departments; perform other duties as required by Plant / Planning Supt.
Requirements :
- To be successful in this role you will need to have a Technical School with Computer Experience or Mechanical Engineering degree is preferable;
- Has qualification and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics
- Strong computer and analytical skills;
- Having 2 years experience in similar role;
- Information monitoring and data collection;
- Light vehicle driving ability;
- Good communication in English as well Bahasa.
