Assistant Director/Head, Finance Integration DivisionRequirements
- PhD degree preferably in Economics or Finance.
- Extensive supervisory experience, within a senior management position with a minimum eight (8) years high-level experience in economic and financial sector issues particularly in analyzing economic/financial issues and providing policy advice.
- In-depth knowledge of macroeconomic analysis, financial sector strategies and policies, and proven experience in research, public policy development and negotiation, and in working closely with government officials.
- A sound understanding of international and regional issues, and knowledge of and commitment to ASEAN ideals.
- Strong social and diplomatic skills; ability to work well with others and to professionally represent the ASEAN Secretariat
- High-level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, including experience in cross-cultural environment and international settings.

- Competency in computer skills with adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook where relevant to the position.
