Purchasing / Sourcing Executive - Bintaro
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all purchasing activities including sourcing materials, contract negotiation and expediting delivery schedule
- Coordinating with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and customs processes and procedures related to importation, on timely delivery of materials
- Issuing purchase orders for local and overseas purchases.
- Pharmacist, max. 28 years old
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply (having experience in pharmaceuticals or chemical industry at the same job function would be advantage)
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skill
- Fluency both written and spoken English is a must. Preferably Mandarin Language
- Energetic, Fast Learning and Loyal
- Ready to be placed at Bintaro, Tangerang
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 majoring in Accounting / Economics
- Maximum age 27 years
- At least 3 years experience as a Senior Staff Finance & Accounting
- Honest, high integrity
- Thorough, organized and systematic
- Mastering MS Office
- Willing to follow the selection process and placed in Cikarang
