Requirement

Invoicing Supervisor - Jakarta 
Responsibilities

• Develop invoicing procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensures that invoices are produced accurately and on time in accordance with Contract summary sheets.
• Coordinate parties involved in invoice preparation process.
• Handle personnel actions including performance appraisals and salary recommendations.
• Compile invoicing, deferred revenue reports and advice senior management on issues.
• Inform relevant management of all invoicing problems and assist in resolution.
• Maintain Transmittal logs, receipts.
• Monitor invoice payment.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of accounting practices and broad base knowledge of core business.
• Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Minimum of 1 years experience required in accounting, especially invoicing.
• Oil and gas industry experience
• Bachelor Degree in Economy/Finance
• JDE experiences is preferable
• Computer literate with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills

Requirement

• Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference.
• Should have at least 8 years experience in the offshore/onshore drilling industry as a driller/tool pusher
• Should have a thorough knowledge on drilling/work over and associated activities (cementing, logging, fishing, abandonment, etc).
• Should be conversant with international drilling practices & regulation.
• Should have extensive knowledge and understanding on downhole hydraulics calculation.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work unsupervised
