Assistant Brand Manager - Jakarta
Job Description
  • Supporting Brand Manager in all Marketing Activities
  • Project in handling day-to-day marketing activities, e.g: activity preparation, supplier handling, agencies, etc
  • Creatively managing & developing the brand mix: Proposition, Price, Place, Promotion and Product, with focus more in Promotion area
  • Creating "out-of-the-box" ideas in developing the brand to disrupt market, especially for New Product/Brand in the market
Requirements
  • Max 30 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • Min Bachelor degree, Post graduate business degree preferred (MBA)
  • Having 2 years experience in Brand Management, preferably form FMCG companies
  • Good Project Management
  • Good Customer Marketing interface
  • Possess Business acumen
  • Teamwork spirited, hardworking, self-motivated to complete delegated tasks
  • Good project management skill
  • Valid until: 02 Oct 2011
Packaging Development Manager (PACKMGR) - Cikarang
Main Accountabilities:
  • Deploy packaging designed by GDC’s and RDC which appeals to shopper and delights the consumer to achieve project key deliverables (cost, delivery time etc) including approving industrial tools. Liaise with Regional teams, Supply Chain, Supply Management in order to ensure easy implementation of global innovations.
  • Deploy packaging systems which comply with the Unilever Code of Business Principles, and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of project claims, risk management and environmental awareness
  • Ensure all development testing protocols are completed for all aspects of pack performance and ensure pack is tested against these. Share results with RDC BKK.
  • Pass, receive and manage technical information relevant to all packages responsible for
  • Manage specifications in interspec for all innovations and savings projects
  • Work with regional and opco teams to manage artworks
Further information on job
The must-have for the applicants are:
  • Min Bachelor Degree from relevant science
  • Min 5 years experience in packaging field, preferably form FMCG industries
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Flexibility in work style to be able to manage the many changes of direction that can often occur
  • Ability to use English fluently and accurately to participate in International project team meetings.
  • Proactive and ready to take new responsibilities/roles, regionally
  • Creative & innovative inline with business requirements
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang factory
