Technical Customer Service Engineer
Responsibility:
- Handle customer complain and solving related with products, compiling 8D
- Report, making trial of new product, alternative material and new process,creating technical report and process instruction and change modification reque
- Degree in Engineering ( from overseas would be advantage )
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same fields or continuous improvement projects
- Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office, Visio and others
- Well organized & willing to work in a team
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills
Responsibility:
- Keeping machine efficiency, shrinkage and quality as per targeted.
- Technical repairing, alignment, lubrication and regular maintenance.
- Fully responsibility daily process control check on mechanical aspect and mechanical trouble shooting.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical drawing and machine element.
- Good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical
- Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
- Having lamp making process would be advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
Responsibility:
- To Develop production planning, maintain the raw material availability, Communicate and coordinate the activities which related production planning and ensure production line running as per schedule , report and work closely with your manager to achieve determined target maintain company image company company trough professional practices and always ensuring continuity production line.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in same field.
- Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office, Visio and having SAP knowledge would be advantage.
- Well organized & willing to work in a team.
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Responsibility:
- Responsible and accountable for the successful PTOI sales, providing Technical Sales and trouble shooting for internal and external customer
- Conduct training and product update to all internal sales PTOI. Conduct and organize training and product update to all PTOI customers
- Provide continuous schedule training and product update to OEM Manager
- Contribute to overall PTOI sales target and achieve specific OEM sales target
- Develop new OEM and project customers
- Response to customers’ enquiries related with sales and technical
- Successfully troubleshooting technical problems on products and projects until case closed
- Maintained existing customers and achieve satisfied results for customer satisfaction survey
- Develop Technical support person to acceptable results measured by separate survey.
- Support and assist of OSRAM projects and exhibitions
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Required skill(s): Lamp trouble shooting, Analytical, Communication, Negotiation
- Required language(s): English, German
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
