Training & Development Administration - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Conduct orientation training and short brief for new employees
- Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
- Develop and organize training manuals
- Male / Female, Max 28 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology, Computer or Information Technology with GPA min. 2,75
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Open Office, PHP Programming
- Able to make & manage system documentations and inventories
- Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
- Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Requirements
- Male, Max 28 years old
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineer GPA min. 2,75
- Experience in Maintance Building, Auto Cad, Pabx system.
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Able to make & manage system documentations and inventories
- Team player and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority.
- Have good analytical thinking and logic of verbal
- Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
- Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
