- D3 Actuary (1 & 7)/S2 Actuary Mathematics (1 & 7)/Economy or Accounting (1,5,6) / D3,S1,S2 any major with experience min 1 year in Insurance Company (1,2,3,6,7,9)
- GPA min 2.75 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)

- Have a medical degree : Nurse(3) or Doctor (8), have a good medical analysis capabilities (3 &4)
