IT–IS Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities
This position reports to IT – IS Audit Manager and will be responsible as in charge for audit activities in System Information area.
For IT – IS Audit Supervisor position, the key roles are:
  • To perform operational audits within the Danone Group Indonesia
  • To ensure proper segregation of duties / functions
  • To identify risks and propose improvement in the Group’s business processes
  • With coordination with Internal Control Team, to ensure sufficient internal controls/ procedures in the Group’s supporting functions business processes
  • To ensure proper access control are in place within the Company (identification and authentication procedures)
  • To identify possibility of more efficient business processes
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • University/master graduate in Accounting or Information System Management from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having 1 - 2 years experience in Internal / external audit background (IT/IS exposure is preferred) or involve in/as application consultant/analyst, IT Project Management  and/or IT Management / Governance
  • Strong knowledge on business application (SAP R/3), database and operating system, IT Project Management, IT Process and IT Security Framework Knowledge (COBIT, IT Governance, ISO27001)
  • Good in inter-personal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to lead and to work in a team and time management
  • Able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Good report writing skills (Indonesia and English)

Forestry Program Manager
Responsibilities
This position reports to Sustainability Development Director and will be responsible to formulate, implement, and monitor forestry projects, under umbrella of AQUA Lestari’s Forestry Program, as innovative, accountable, and transparent value creation activities for Danone AQUA and its stakeholder.
For Forestry Program Manager position, the key roles are:
  • To develop strategic and yearly plan for Danone AQUA’s Forestry Program
  • To propose key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factor (CSFs) for monitoring and evaluation purposes
  • To equip local terms and partners with management tools to enable them to plan, implement, monitor, and report their forestry projects in accordance with Danone AQUA requirements
  • To support and build the capacity of local teams (plants & depos) and partners in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting the forestry projects in accordance with Danone AQUA requirements
  • To evaluate the implementation performance of local teams and partners related to forestry projects implemented in their respective areas
  • To engage with stakeholders, i.e. Danone AQUA employees, communities, civil society groups and local governments to support the program
  • To promote Forestry Program for the benefit of Danone AQUA, its beneficiaries, and for the recognition of the importance of conservation and rehabilitation issues in Indonesia
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • Bachelor degree in Forestry or Agriculture from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having min. 5 years experience in forestry (conservation and rehabilitation) including field experience
  • Having work experience with multi-stakeholder (i.e. Government, NGOs, Companies, universities, communities, etc.) is a must
  • Familiar with national regulations; and also international standards in the field of forestry
  • Have knowledge and skill of project management
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Have ability and willingness to build others’ capacity
  • Able to work individually and as team
  • Willing to travel to AQUA plants and depos, as well as projects sites

CSR Project Manager
Responsibilities
This position reports to Sustainability Development Director and will be responsible to formulate, implement, and monitor CSR initiatives at Danone AQUA’s sites, under umbrella of AQUA Lestari, as innovative, accountable, and transparent value creation activities for Danone AQUA and its stakeholder.
For CSR Project Manager position, the key roles are:
  • To involve in identifying social and environmental impacts of each project phase of Danone AQUA’s sites
  • To involve in identifying social and environmental risks as well as developing risk management plan related to sites
  • To develop strategic and yearly plan for CSR activities, suitable with each project phase
  • To propose key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factor (CSFs) for monitoring and evaluation purposes
  • To equip partners with management tools to enable them to plan, implement, monitor, and report their projects in accordance with Danone AQUA requirements
  • To evaluate the implementation performance of partners related to projects implemented
  • To engage internal and external stakeholders in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the CSR activities at sites
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • University graduate in Social Science/Management from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having min. 5 years experience in the field of community development
  • Having experience in environmental related issues is an advantage
  • Demonstrate familiarity with national regulations and international standards in the field of CSR, community development, issue management, and stakeholder management
  • Have knowledge and skill in risk management and project management
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Able to work individually and as a team
  • Ailling to travel to AQUA new sites and other required areas
