Region Quality Improvement Manager
Responsibilities
This position will report to Senior Quality Assurance Manager and responsible for:
  • Giving consultation of the quality assurance and Quality Management System Operation to ensure taht the highest quality standards are maintained for all production released and in the processing operation
  • Communication strategies to identify and approve quality issues corporate-wide
  • Monitoring for all aspects of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation within the plant / Co Packer
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biology / Food Technology
  • Good understanding in Statistical Process Control, Quality Management System
  • Min of 3 – 5  years as Quality Assurance Manager in FMCG
  • Good analytical  thinking
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Good command in English both verbal & written

Manufacturing Manager
Responsibilities
This position reports to Plant Manager and will be responsible to minimize the production downtime and improve the productivity and yield.
For Manufacturing Manager position, the key roles are:
  • To ensure that safety, quality and continuous performance are met the target and improved
  • To lead production team and work schedules in accordance with budgetary cost and Danone Way Fundamental.
  • To grow people through empowerment and development program
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • S1 degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Electrical
  • Have working experience in food and beverages company (in the operation, preferably in Production, Quality, Engineering) at least  5 years
  • Strong Leadership  and Managerial skill in lean manufacturing environment
  • Having knowledge about problem solving method, food manufacturing certification such as GMP and HACCP, ISO, Halal and Food safety Management System
  • Good command in English both verbal & written
  • PC literacy in MS Office
  • Willing to be placed in Citeureup – Bogor West Java

Personal Assistant to VP
Responsibilities
This position reports to Vice President MDC (Modern Distribution Channel) and will be responsible for coordination of administrative tasks related to VP’s activities.
For this position, the key roles are:
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
  • Setup VP's travel arrangements.
  • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
  • Maintain VP's calendar.
  • Prepare and maintain VPs expense report.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Supervise support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
  • Diploma/university graduate
  • 5 years of working as professional Personal Assistant in a multinational company
  • Mature, able to work under minimum supervision
  • High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
  • Discreet, tough, resilience and smart working person
  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Computer literate
