Fragrance Merchandising Manager - Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min 5 years experiences in retail industry as Brand Manager/ Merchandising Manager/ Buyer/ Key Account Manager
- Preferably having a cosmetic or fragrance background
- Good product knowledge of domestic & global market trend and high interest of cosmetic or fragrance field
- Strong negotiation and decision making skill
- High business sense & interpersonal skill, dynamic & agressive.
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:
- Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
- Determine real estate standard and category
- Create lease agreement
- Negotiation with landlord
- Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min 5 years experiences handling site expansion in retail/property consultant/ banking.
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for creating the concept and design lay out for stores (new store & renovation)
- Preferably Male, max 28 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
- Min 1 year experience as interior designer or junior architect (preferably in retail industry)
- Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
- Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
- Good knowledge of signage and fixtures, good sense of art.
- Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
Responsibilities:
- Execute the internal control program
- Review and update existing risk management policy and standard
- Provide recommendation for working manual and standard tools for all of risk management activities
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min. 3 years experiences in Big Four Public Accounting Firm
- Min. 2 years experiences as Internal Control in reputable company
- Experiences with Sarbanes-Oxley would be an advantage
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
