- To build and maintain reputable company image and the company relationships with communities nearby the NAR Plant, District level government & security authorities.
- To avoid any kind of disturbances within the NAR Plant
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree Majoring Communication/Social Science
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in current position
- Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Staff
- Minimum 3 years experience as Committee member in social organization
- Computer literacy: Computer Literacy (Office, Lotus Notes, Etc)
- Language: Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Sound basic accounting and banking understanding
- Leadership skills
- Good social, culture and community knowledge
- Public Relations skills
- Knowledge of the situation of Social & Political in the current

Requirements
- Education: Diploma Graduate from Banking Academy
- Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- 3 years administrative/ cashier works
- Relevant training/ courses
- Computer literacy: Knowledge of SAP system, excel spreadsheets, word processing (MS Office) and Lotus Notes
- Language: Good in English both oral or written
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Sound basic accounting and banking understanding

Scope of Works
- The position is needed as to assist the Corporate Procurement Manager in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in degree in marketing, economics or technical science
- Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in middle managerial position in the company
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Computer literacy: Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Language: Fluent English both oral or written
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a team of people to contribute and meet project schedules
- Strong ability to work under deadline pressure, and extra hours to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
- Willing to be relocated in those areas.
