Purchasing SI - NAR
Responsibilities
- Scope of works: The position is needed to as to mage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what. Is required is received on time in the quality specified.
Requirements
- Education: University graduate, majoring in Economic, Mechanical or Electrical science
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 years in current position
- The incumbent must have at least 2 years experience as head of buying section at the procurement Department in the company or 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has the same size as PT Holcim
- Computer literacy: MS. Office, SAP, Lotus Notes
- Language: Excellent communication in both Bahasa & English
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a team of people to contribute and meet KPIs
- Respect for the confidential nature of the information the incumbent will have access to
- Technical skill in cement industry
Responsibilities
- Scope of works: The position is needed as to assist the strategic Sourcing Superintendent in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Economic or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) science
- Experience:
- 2 years experience as a procurement officer at Corporate Procurement Department in PT Holcim or
- 2 years experience as a Team Member at the area of Accounting, Maintenance, Engineering or Production or
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Computer literacy: Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Language: Fluent English both oral or written
- Other qualification/ skills :
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Problem solving and analytical skill
- Understanding of various process measuring analysers
- Willing to be relocated in those areas.

- Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in middle managerial position in the company
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Computer literacy: Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Language: Fluent English both oral or written
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a
- team of people to contribute and meet project schedules
- Strong ability to work under deadline pressure, and extra hours to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
- Willing to be relocated in those areas.
