Responsibilities:
- Basic Function: Support team leader (Superintendent/Manager) to reach excellent service operation through providing technical job instruction, train and facilitate learning experience, propose improvement service process, technical expert, SHE advocate.
- Advocate Safety, Health & Environment, Facilitate team leader in safety standard, monitor and evaluate working environment condition and employee working behavior in service process and facilitate safety standard according to regulation.
- Train and facilitate learning experience, Facilitate team leader by reviewing, analyzing and evaluating technician skill and knowledge and recommending training requirement for service personnel.
- Propose Improvement Service Process, Monitor, evaluate various service processes and analyze the possibility to improve and develop more reliable and effective service process
- CAT guidelines implementation (Technical Expert), Monitor and evaluate the compliance of product utilization on field to the guidelines provided by principal, provide guideline to service personnel in solving technical problem faced
- Provide technical job instruction, Provide Technical Job Instruction to all service personnel by actively developing job competence according to guidelines, and update information
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Certificate, with experience on wide range CAT equipment.
- Deep knowledge of CAT Component Rebuild.
- CAT dealership experience.
- Overseas working experience is advantageous.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Development, Evaluate the implementation of service strategy and policy, analyze any aspects influencing the implementation, develop and coordinate the implementation strategy with related parties.
- Manage Operation, Review operation reports from each supervisor, analyze effectiveness and efficiency of unit reparation and maintenance works, coordinate weekly meeting, communicate operational strategy and technical improvement from CAT.
- Process Improvement, Monitor and evaluate various service processes, analyze the possibility to improve the process, develop more reliable and effective service process.
- Parts Order, Analyze parts needs and supply, organize parts order and set up parts budget according to each service project.
- Service Job Quotation, Monitor and evaluate quotation preparation to ensure completed within scheduled.
- Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of all SHE activities covering the safety and convenience of working place and tools (including the contamination control implementation).
- Customer Service, Follow up critical (or special case) customer complaints, analyze the complaint and recommend solution for the problems to fulfill customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting, Set up budget for service department and evaluate its utilization periodically and to ensure budget set according to needs.
- People Development, Plan, organize, control and evaluate the activities of performance management, training, development and coaching and counseling for subordinate in department to ensure subordinate competency and performance improvement and the creation of conducive working culture.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Certificate, with experience on wide range CAT equipment.
- Deep knowledge of CAT Component Rebuild
- CAT dealership experience
