Pemerintah kembali membuka seleksi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS). Kali ini untuk pelamar umum. Izin prinsip kuota formasi CPNS baru yang diusulkan instansi pusat dan daerah sudah disahkan. Pendaftaran tes dihelat pada minggu ketiga Agustus.

Wakil Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Wamen PAN-RB) Eko Prasojo mengatakan, pihaknya telah menyetujui izin prinsip kuota formasi. Izin prinsip tersebut ditetapkan untuk 17 instansi pemkab/pemkot, 3 instansi pemprov, dan 22 instansi pusat.
