- Preferably experienced as Customer Serive Staff in telecommunication industry, service center, banking, insurance and front desk in other service industries

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree in any major
- Possess an extensive knowledge about latest gadgets (Notebook, Android, Tablet, Modem, Hi-End Cellphone)
- Possess technical skill to operate the gadgets (Notebook, Android, Tablet, Modem, Hi-End Cellphone)
- Experienced in similar field at least 1 year, preferably from leading telecommunications handset vendors
- Accustomed to working with the target

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Minimum qualification know about Learning & Development, ever involve in MT program, presentation skill is a must.
- Willing to travel, can work under pressure and can work over time for certain condition, fast learner.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to Analyst data product performance for all channel
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT / Computer / Telecommunication from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in reporting, data processing & analyst with preferred exposures in Telecommunication Industry
- Good knowledge in Web Programming
- Having strong ability in database (Oracle, SQL server, C Store Procedure, Query Script)
- Familiar with ASP.net, C Sharp.net, Javascript, AJAX, HTML
- Language Competency: Bahasa Indonesia, English
