Instrument & Control Technician
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform field work of preventive maintenance of instruments scope as per schedule of BOP and Gas Turbine / Gas Compressor Packages to support integrity of compressor.
- Prepare and perform checking, testing, inspection periodically of instrument & control tools such as: Valve System, PLC Module, DCS Module, Paging and General Audible Alarm System, Fire and Gas Detector, UPS Module, CCTV Module and PABX Module to support integrity of compressor.
- Prepare, operate and monitor SCADA, VSAT and Server in order to support desired operating result as requested.
- Prepare Work Permit such as: Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis(JSA), Isolation Certificate etc. and ensure the completeness of permits that filled by employees or vendors before activities in order to support safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
- Prepare and perform validation of Rectification Report within regular meeting to support Company’s business operational.
- Conduct and perform a liaison with vendors and contractors with regards to compressor operations issues to support Company’s business operational.
- Maintain and manage instrument tools and assets to ensure it does can be used wells to ensure Company’s operation.
- Minimum D-3 from Electrical Engineering with Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
- Minimum 1 year in related position.
- Able to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willing to be located at Sumatra’s area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate all equipments in the plant as per the designs to ensure integrity of compressor.
- Prepare and perform plant reading and monitoring within 4 (four) hours inspection and record the data to daily and 4 (four) hours data reading including scope of BOP and Gas Turbine / Gas compressor packages to ensure integrity of compressor.
- Prepare and perform parameter data record of Turbine Compressor such as: pressure, temperature, flow rate etc. as per 1 (one) hour to Gas Control Station in order to achieve desired operating result as requested.
- Prepare Work Permit such as: Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Isolation Certificate etc. and ensure the completeness of permits that filled by employees or vendors before activities in order to support safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
- Prepare and perform validation of Rectification Report within regular meeting to support Company’s business operational.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct ROW (Right of Way) monitoring by performed air & land patrol or ground surveillance in order to ensure ROW (Right of Way) facilities are available to support safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
- Prepare and conduct operation and maintenance all pipeline facilities in the station areas such as: Ball Valves, Globe Valves, Needle Valves, Check Valves, Relief Valves, Control Valves, Manual Valves, Valves Extension, Valves Actuators, Emergency Shut down Valves and Pig Trap etc. to ensure integrity of pipeline facilities and make sure all valves ready to used.
- Prepare and conduct pipeline maintenance with Cleaning Pigging and Sacrificial Anode within Pipeline Integrity Engineer to ensure pipeline operation run wells.
- Prepare and conduct corrosion pipeline inspection to ensure safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
- Prepare and conduct onshore pipeline Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs and ensuring consistency with the Company’s and Government regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage report of problems found in ROW (Right of Way) with accurate data including suggested solution to solve the problems.
- Prepare and perform troubleshooting on any problems in ROW (Right of Way) including cost estimation to rectified and collaborate with the third parties to ensure safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
- Prepare and perform troubleshooting on any problems in SV (Section Valve) to support Facilities condition to ensure safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.

- Minimum D-3 from Engineering with Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
