Management Development Program

• MDP is a program designed to prepare candidates of strategy position at PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure in the future.

Requirements :

• Candidated must process at least a Bachelor Degree in any field (preferably Civil, Industri, Elektro, & Telecomunication Engineering)
• Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
• Maximum age 25 years
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
• Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
• High motivation and initiative
• Application must be willing to work in all over Indonesia
