Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of On Time Performance (OTP) through the Pre and Post Flight handling and customer service
- Ensure the Pre and Post Flight handling and customer service operational by GHA run in accordance with applicable SOPs
- Ensure the handling of Code Share Agreement for Pre and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service with other carriers run in accordance with applicable procedures
- Ensure the availability of reports related to Pre and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service activities
- Ensure the handling of Irregularities Flight by the GHA run in accordance with SOP
- Ensure the availability of Irregularities Flight report
- Ensure the implementation of operational activities in aviation and flight catering in accordance with the SLA
- Ensure the follow-up of SLA and Station Operation findings report actionable by GHA
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of On Time Performance (OTP) through the operational handling of Load Control/ Ramp Control/ Catering Control by Ground Handling Agent (GHA)
- Ensure the Load Control/ Ramp Control/ Catering Control operational by GHA run in accordance with applicable SOPs
- Ensure the availability of reports related to Load Control/ Ramp Control/ Catering Control activities
- Ensure the handling of Irregularities Flight by the GHA run in accordance with SOP
- Ensure the availability of Irregularities Flight report
- Ensure the implementation of operational activities in aviation and flight catering in accordance with the SLA
- Ensure the follow-up of SLA and Station Operation findings report actionable by GHA
- Male/ female
- Indonesian citizenship
- Maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in any major, preferably in Air Transportation/ Airport Management from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Attractive appearance
- Minimum height 160 cm (female) and 165 cm (male) with proportional weight
- Sound mind and body
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer and information system application literate (minimum Microsoft Office and internet)
- Willing to be placed at Garuda Indonesia Head Office in Soekarno-Hatta Airport office area and working in shift system

Requirements
- Male
- Indonesian citizenship
- Maximum 27 years old
- Sound mind and body
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
- Majoring in Graphic Design, DKV, Marketing, and IT
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Preferably have at least 1 year experience in related field
- Mastering Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premier Pro, Corel and Microsoft Office
- Understand online media concept and layout
- Able organize large events associated with the marketing promotion
- Able create a concept in creating/ developing a product that sells
- Communicative, discipline, hard worker, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work individually or in team
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Will be stationed in Garuda Management Building, Soekarno-Hatta Airport Office Area
