Recruitment Officer
Summary of Objectives Position / Title Role
- Supporting the Recruitment & Training superintendent to handle all recruitment activities or the provision of labor (staff, non-staff) in accordance with the needs of companies both in terms of quality manpower as well as on-time delivery.
- Assisting Recruitment & Training Supt in designing the plan for the needs of man power company
- Making monthly recruitment plan
- Responsible for the implementation of all the selection process
- Responsible for the provision of orientation / induction of new employees HR.
- Monitoring employee performance and the contract period
- Organizing the presentation of contract employees to permanent
- Providing recommendations to the Recruitment & Training Supt in implementing and developing methods to more efficient recruitment and quality.
- Carry out psychological assessment for the purposes of selection, promotion, transfer
- Responsible for a relationship or networking with parties related to the source of human resources.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experienced for at least 1 year (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan
Purchasing Officer
- Responsible to undertake material/supplies purchasing activities to support company operation; purchase request process, purchase order process, payment process administration and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Proccurement/Purchasing Staff, preferably from construction or mining industries.
- Excellent analitical thinking ability, verbal communication, energetic, and possesses strong administration skill.
- Good knowledge in SCM.
- Based in Jakarta Office.
Short Term Mine Planner - Kalimantan (Berau)
Responsibilities

- Responsible to design short term mine plan; making of daily, weekly and quarterly plan. Evaluate progress of production target. Recommend efficiency and effectiveness on mining operation
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
- POP certified would be an advantage, Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
- Placement at Berau
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day activity in environmental site and maintain the legal complience in environment (AMDAL)
- Bachelor degree in Forestry / Agriculture / Environment Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position

Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure coal quality product, quantity and coal delivery are meet with blending and shipment plan as customer requirement
- Bachelor degree in Geological / Chemistry Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in coal quality, coal sampling and familiar with coal blending processes

- Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries
- POP certified would be an advantage
- Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc)

Mine Engineer
