Vending Analyst - Jakarta (Pondok Indah)
Responsibilities
- This position responsible to Support Vending implementation strategy and development process in supply chain and operational aspects to increase CCAI sales volume and revenue, and generate analysis for improvement plan
- Apart from the above duties, the incumbent will also be responsible to:
- Coordinate with Cold Drink Equipment System (CDES) team to ensure Vending deployment (placement and withdrawal)to seize the sales potential
- Develop effective and efficient route planning to optimize Vending replenishment system and minimize distribution cost
- Gather relevant data and information, and generate analysis of all aspects in Vending Management to support team in evaluating and getting insight for better performance
- Develop regular and accurate operational report for Vending stakeholders, that includes selling out visibility, space-to-sales, load master, and error information
- Coordinate with relevant functions (CDES and Information Technology) to ensure all technical aspects of Vending Machines are captured and addressed, including spare part management, repair & maintenance activity, technical reliability improvement, and CDE Innovation.
- Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
- Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
- Ideally, the successful candidates should have to following requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT/ Engineering or any relevant disciplines
- Min. 2 years working experience in FMCG Company

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of production machinery change size, change package and the GMP to make the machine run smoothly efficiently in accordance with the standards of quality.
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 majoring in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic, with minimum GPA 2.50. Preferably fresh graduate.
- Able to work in team and well communicate
- Have a strong desire to learn new things
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have English capabilities
- Willing to work in shift system (3 shift)
- Sound mind and body
- Willing to undergo the applicable procedures and regulations to support the implementation of the QMS, EMS, and SMK3 programs
