Assistant Customer Marketing Manager - Jakarta
Job Description
  • The Assistant Customer Marketing Manager is tasked with assisting Customer Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing the customer marketing plan (CMP) for each channel/customer within his/her responsible category by preparing and implementing promotion and activation plan that supports the objectives/message of our brands and the customer. Also support the development execution of brand/category solutions & activities for Customer/ Channels based on fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights.
Qualification
  • Min Bachelor degree
  • Min 2 years experience in similar role from FMCG industry
  • Max 35 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • Min 1 to 2 years Brand Building experience is ideal
  • Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience (relevant in sales and marketing)
  • At least 1 to 2 years Account management/ Field Sales experience

Assistant Customer Service Regional Sourcing - Jakarta
Job Description
  • To supervise and support the Order Processor in delivering their responsibility,
  • Monitor the integrity of SAP output to ensure no information error.
  • To confirm supply plan together with Order processor team for 13wks rolling forecast and inform customers should any deviation between forecast vs. supply.
  • Coordinate finding best solution with related Unilever team (Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Development, QC, Commercial) when there is a deviation to the operation normality such as potential delayed delivery, sudden demand from the Customer etc.
Requirements

Job Description
  • He/she will be responsible for interaction with business users/ process leads regional project/ local project, as well as all finance related to find and deliver improvement and solutions of the right first time financial reporting from SAP/ERP system particularly in CO area. He or she helps in ensuring the information required by the business, within his area of responsibility, is available at the right place, right time, right cost, right audience, in-line and appropriate with the policy and regional/ local framework.
  • He/she will report directly to Supply Chain Finance Controller
  • Key responsibilities of this role:
    • Business Partnering
      • Works closely with the business, ensuring the right and effective utilisation and implementation of SAP functionalities within his area of responsibility, and accountable in fostering a feeling of co-operative partnership between Regional/ Local project team and business function being supported (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance etc).
      • Managing stakeholder’s demand and together with the SCF Controller to find opportunities for business process improvements.
    • Solution Delivery, Support and Compliance
      • Accountable to manage projects and deliver solutions for all projects and Key Performance Indicators.
      • Ensure full compliance to Finance Operating Framework for Regional/Local and Sarbox.
Requirements
  • Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
  • Previous experience as IT Business Partner - Analyst, supporting SAP project and implementation at least in SAP CO area.
  • Strong consultancy skills, able to identify and propose process improvements
  • Possess good communication and influencing skills
  • Preferably with Finance and accounting background/ interest
  • Have the experience in leading a team in project management.
