Technical Service Buyer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the application of the division purchasing strategy.
- Handle a panel of service providers related to the technical services and maintenance of building, machines and utilities.
- Implement change of buying pattern by developing the practices of maintenance and service contracts, which contributes to the reduction of material purchased by the company: Propose and implement, execute RFQ, negotiations and establish contracts.
- Develop Service database and reference price database for technical services and maintenance contracts, Maintain suppliers data in Information system.
- Establish a supplier performance assessment system and monitor the service provider’s performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team through Spare Part project:.
- Application of existing and development of new tools & methodology
- Development and implementation of best practices
- Benchmarking within other business units of the group.

Packaging Lab Technician & Admin (Temporary) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Using digital caliper, balance, and other sophisticated packaging laboratory equipments to conduct tests for packaging samples
- Maintaining the laboratory equipments and ensuring that the laboratory is stocked well with all the necessary instruments
- Receiving, storing, and preparing packaging samples and also conducting incoming test for the samples with related equipments in packaging lab
- Being responsible to test (stability test, transportation test, drop test, and another test related to packaging) related to packaging inovation or renovation
- Interpreting test results in excel spreadsheet and submitting the initial tests to the superior for further analysis
- Following and being responsible to lab safety rules
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU majoring in engineering (STM) or chemical analyst.
