Job Description
- Main Purpose of this role is responsible for making sure that systems supporting business information can be exploited at the maximum and optimization of Information Management can be achieved.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure BW usage meet the KPI, challenge hygiene and sanctity of information to process owners.
- Coordinate user training, promotion of the System usage locally
- Ensure achievement of testing and retrofit activities
- Coordinate CR Process monitoring and follow up
- Coordinate effort on reduction of system incidents
- Work with IM innovation team by providing inputs on solutions
- Support in change management activities
- Landing IM global tools initiative
- Implementation of global rules and instructions to local Systems and processes
- Pro-active in driving improvement and simplification ideas to global capabilities
- Play an active part of the global information management organisation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Computer Science/ Informatics Engineering/ Management of Information
- Experience on at least one full cycle of Data Warehouse System implementation
- Strong analytical skills and sufficient business acumen.
- English fluency (able to communicate actively with regional team/RAC etc)
- Good communication skills
- SAP-BW expertise
- Understanding of RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) concept
- Understanding of basic SQL knowledge
- Able to transform business requirement into technical specification
- Basic understanding of ERP system (Large-scale ERP System like SAP, Oracle, JDE is an advantage)
- Knowledge of standard project management & software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
- Consultancy skills, able to identify and propose process improvements
