Relationship Management Development Program

• This program is for fresh graduates at least for graduate program (S1) and aspired to have an exciting banking career. You will be trained intensively for three months to help you on your way to becoming a professional business banker, consisting of product knowledge, credit management, developing relationships and professional sales development.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor graduate (S1) from any major

Business Banking Relationship Manager

• This program is suitable for those who has already developed a career in business development in banking, and you wish to develop a career that offers you challenging work and competitive remuneration.

Position Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree
• Min 1 year experience as Banking Relationship Manager
• Understanding of transactional banking products and operations and Industry related
• Basic acumen in credit assessment
• Ability to write simple credit proposals comfortably. 
• Ability to develop relationships with business community.
• Ability to persuade customer to buy banking product.
