About the Program:

• You will get comprehensive training for about 6 months, which consist of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader(s) by providing knowledge and direct practice on the Company's core business.

Requirements:

• Education S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age 26 years
• Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
• Strong academic background from any major
• Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
• Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
