Field Quality Improvement Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Collect field information and incident parts
  • Prioritize the issues and request countermeasure
  • Supply C/M information to the field
  • TR Issue to each sourcing
Requirements:
  • Graduate from SMK in automotive engineering and has S1 major in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Has experience 1 year in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Male, 22 – 27 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Has big interest in automotive.
  • Has good knowledge on technical automotive.
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure and available to work overtime.
  • Can drive and has driving license (SIM A).

Painting Engineer Staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
  • Male, 22-25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Basically understand process knowledge of Cathodic Electro Deeping (CED) and Painting.
  • Familiar with Quality specification in painting process.
  • High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
  • Understand about basic CED's equipment structure, chemical and ED mechanism.
  • Understand about basic Painting's equipment structure, chemical and important point of spraying mechanism.
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949

Plastic Engineer Staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
  • Male, 22-25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Basically understand process knowledge of Plastic extrussion process.
  • Familiar with Quality specification in plastic extrussion process.
  • High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
  • Understand about basic mold structure and extrussion mechanism.
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949.

Stamping Engineer Staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
  • Male, 22-25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Basically understand process knowledge of stamping process.
  • Familiar with Quality specification in stamping process.
  • High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
  • Understand about basic Dies structure and press mechanism.
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949.

Recruitment Staff (Outsource)
Responsibilities:
  • To handle recruitment & selection activities from sorting CV, contact candidates, conducting psychological test, and doing recruitment administration related tasks
  • To support HR project activities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Age maximum 25 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Familiar with psychological diagnostic tools is a plus.
