Field Quality Improvement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Collect field information and incident parts
- Prioritize the issues and request countermeasure
- Supply C/M information to the field
- TR Issue to each sourcing
- Graduate from SMK in automotive engineering and has S1 major in Mechanical Engineering.
- Has experience 1 year in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Male, 22 – 27 years old.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Has big interest in automotive.
- Has good knowledge on technical automotive.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
- Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure and available to work overtime.
- Can drive and has driving license (SIM A).

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Preferably have 1-3 years experience from manufacturing related to automotive business.
- Male, 22-25 years old.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Basically understand process knowledge of Cathodic Electro Deeping (CED) and Painting.
- Familiar with Quality specification in painting process.
- High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
- Understand about basic CED's equipment structure, chemical and ED mechanism.
- Understand about basic Painting's equipment structure, chemical and important point of spraying mechanism.
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
