HRGA Staff - Bakrie Connectivity
JOB SUMMARY:

• Work on HR administration including entry and make data recapitulation related with HR matters
• Prepare and post job advertisement, paper screening selection, arrange the  interviews, and administrative works
• Assist in recruitment and selection process including but not limited to conduct and scoring psychological test result
• Assist New Employee Arrival preparation including communicate with related department and give assistance to new employee
• Monitor General Affair day to day activities
• Assist and prepare events or gathering related to employee

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree (S1) from any major from reputable university, preferably from Psychology
• Having experience maximum 2 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in administrative works and attention to detail
• Good communication in English both written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal skill

IT Auditor (Supervisor)
JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs and conducting IT audit projects based on but not limited to audit plan, mainly focused to prevent revenue loss or opportunity loss with providing consulting services
• Plan and executes audit of client/server technology platforms (Novell, NT, Unix, Sysbase) and evaluate IT internal controls and works collaboratively support audits and consulting engagement with management
• Act as liaison with IT business partners  to ensure full understanding of data flow, data integrity and system security
• Assess information technology control elements to mitigate IT risks regarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from information technology, business administration/public administration or related field from reputable university
• Have leadership skill, planning & project management, able to work underpressure
• Have been working in IT field for min 2 years experience and conducting IT audit min 2 years)
• Knowledge of the IIA’s International standards for the professional practice of Internal Auditing (Standards) and Code of Ethics
• Certification of CIA, CPA, or CISA is a must :

• Knowledge of management information system concepts and industry program procedures
• Knowledge of generally accepted IS audit standards and IS security and control practices
• Exposure to CAAT, Novell, windows NT, RACF, Unix/Sybase
