Requirements
- Candidate must process at least a Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Civil, Industry Engineering)
- Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
- Maximum age 26 years
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
- Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
- High motivation and initiative
- Applicants must be willing to work in all over Indonesia
Responsibility :
- Responsible in implementation Management System / PDCA activity plan
- Responsible in maintaining and ensuring PDCA cycle running well
- Responsible to collect, monitor & analyze the performance of each respective department within the division
- Responsible to support administration, collecting data for PDCA cycle / improvement management within the division
- Responsible in reporting (Management report / Business Support)
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 25 – 30 Years old
- Minimum S1 from reputable university in any major
- Minimum 2 years experience in Management System / PDCA activity
- Good understanding in QCC, 8 steps, 7 tools, GKM (gugus kendali mutu)
- Computer literate (Especially in Excel application)
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
