Responsibilities:
- Ensuring availability of appropriate solutions to customer related Reservations Passenger, Cargo, Passenger Ticketing, GFF service, and ticket refund
- Ensure the implementation of the operational activities of City Check-in Service, Cargo
- Ensuring availability of appropriate solutions to customer handling of Lost / Damage and Baggage Claim Complain, Complain Passenger and Cargo / complement
- Ensure the sale of articles Garuda Shop
- Ensuring demand and sales of tour packages available can be sold
- Ensure the information provided in accordance with customer needs
- Male / Female

- Age max. 25 years
- Education graduates min. D3 all majors from the university / educational institution leading
- GPA min. 2.75 (scale 4:00)

Requirment :
- Male max 27 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience on similar position or Fresh Graduate with interesting skill
- preferable from Visual Communication Design, Technology Information/System, Graphic Design or related major.
- IPK Min. 3.00
- Able to operate adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe indisign, adobe flash, adobe premier pro, corel and microsoft office.
- Understand online media concept, social media application (FB, Twitter etc) and email layout
- Creative, innovative and Dynamic person
- Good Communication skill, disciplined, hard worker, attention to detail, computer literate, fluent in English, high motivation, able to work under pressure, Able to work individually and with team.
