SME Relationship Manager (SME RM)
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek to reach the target customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer products that meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for the growth funds and commercial credit.
  • Routinely monitor and conduct visits to clients to monitor business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3, GPA 2.75
  • Look attractive and communicative
  • Having knowledge about the process of bank credit
  • Target oriented, having a good selling skills, and persuasive communication
  • Having a basic knowledge of banking products and familiar with the banking system and procedural mainly lending products
  • Preferred experienced in the funding / lending at least 1 year
  • The location work in Banjarmasin (BJS), Palangkaraya (CSR), and Pontianak (PON).

Credit Desk Staff (CREDAM)
Responsibilities:
  • Do support the need for marketing data object includes a loan appraisal, income verification and other businesses involved in the process and create loan accounts.
  • Perform account maintenance (post book review), among others, the input rate variance, AGF, changes and corrections in interest rates, credit restruktur, etc..
  • Make monthly reports relating to the credit review process.
  • Implement BI checking, collateral input.
Requirements:
  • Maximum age 27 Years
  • Minimum D3, GPA 2.75, preferably graduates of S1 Law and / or Engineering
  • Being able to work together as teamwork, integrity and loyalty have
  • Service oriented and persuasive communication
  • The location work in Makassar (MKS), Balikpapan (BPP), Samarinda (SAM), and Ketapang (KTG).

Teller (TL)
Responsibilities:
  • Processing deposit / pull cash and non cash in accordance with the applicable procedures and with regard to the principle of prudence and fairness aspects.
  • Processing deposit with slips and slips LB LB Salam and banking procedures in accordance with applicable
  • Responsible for the balance of the cash box and provide the best service to customers
  • Process transactions and other operational in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Making the final recap the day to be matched with physical cash, slips, and other valuable documents, where all through the verification process will be handed over to the Head Teller as the accountability process end of the day.
