- Implement Operational Risk Assurance Framework
- Conduct operational risk assurance target reviews & provide recommendation on improvement opportunities
- Prepare report on result of risk assurance target reviews
- Act as specialist, coordinator and facilitator to Business Unit/ Function in implementing Risk and Control Self Assessment program
- Report progress and result of Risk and Control Self Assessment program across Bank
- Assist Operational Risk Assurance Manager in conducting Risk Awareness program across the Bank through training and socialization
- Assist Operational Risk Assurance Manager in monitoring progress and effectiveness of Risk Awareness program implementation by Business/ Function
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Banking with exposure in internal control, internal audit, operational risk or quality assurance area
- Has comprehensive knowledge of general banking processes and products, including inherent risk and control

- The Learning and Development Officer is responsible to assist the Learning and Development Manager to manage the learning and development process in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization.
- The Learning and Development Officer have the level of responsibility and variety of work activities which are likely to include all of which related to employee training data record, mandatory training certification process, manage and monitor the application of regulatory training mandatory, provide the regular training data report and making sure all the training program scheduled will run with properly.
