- S1 graduated from the Law of State or Private Universities with Accreditation A
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4:00)
- Maximum of 35 years of age when submitting your resume
- Minimum 3 (three) years in one area of legal work as follows:
- Field of Land
- Field of Litigation
- Field of Contracts
- Field of Permitting
- Willing to be placed around the working area of Pertamina EP
