- To strengthen brand engagement and deliver good brand experience through excellence in field execution of consumer activations.

- English proficient
- Have working experiences in Event Organizing in FMCG companies (dealt with relevant government officials)
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
Primary Activities:
Management of Marketing Activities:
- Ensure achievement of volume/share annual objectives through development and execution of marketing programs
- Effectively communicate the brand strategies and positioning through media and promotional activities
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing to implement trader/shopper focused activities and grow the brands and category presence in all channels
- Manages innovation / renovation projects from product design to actual launch
- Coordinate the cross functional team effort to plan and deliver innovation / renovation initiative
- Product development initiatives
- Analysis of business – market, customer and competitors
- Development of long and medium term brand plans
- Recommends pricing and other financial inputs to maximize brand profitability

- English proficient
- Have working experiences in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG
Requirements:
- Background education Accounting
- Experienced 2-3 years in Payroll SAP
- Proficient in English
- Good in English correspondence
