  • For Executive, Revenue Assurance 1 (prepaid) (Code: Exe, Reva 1)
    • Analyst daily traffic prepaid,
    • Reconcile tariff prepaid,
    • Prepaid revenue monitoring
    • Problem solving Prepaid issue.
    • Monthly report revenue prepaid.
    • Monitoring prepaid fraud issue
  • For Executive Revenue Assurance 2 (postpaid) (Code: Exe, Reva 2)
    • Analyst daily traffic postpaid,
    • Reconcile tariff  and accuracy.
    • Problem solving issue postpaid.
    • Monitor Collection trend
    • HUR monitoring customer for fraud prevention
    • Monthly report revenue postpaid.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (S1)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Telco postpaid/prepaid and HUR report monitoring, roming TAP IN and OUT monitoring staff, auditor.
  • Has knowledge and experiences in Toad SQL basic application for both positions will be an advantage.
Direct Sales Supervisor - Serang (Code: DSS - Serang)
Job Responsibility
  • Seek and identify opportunities and capturing new business from the communities (Identify potential markets)
  • Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan
  • Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan
  • Manage, maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope and customers satisfaction
  • Make our products available as per sales strategy
  • Develop and manage relationship with business partners
  • Manage, train and coach DSR (Direct Sales Representatives)
  • Monitor DSR day-to-day activities
  • Carry out marketing programs
  • Improve efficiency of sales operational
  • Provide reports and updates to Direct Sales Manager
Job Requirements
  • Minimum D3 - S1
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Telecommunication Industry or the Finance/Banking Industry.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking.
  • Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching and counseling).
  • Good reporting skill, presentation skill
  • Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Willing to be placed in Serang (Banten)
