Customer Service

  • Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Banjarmasin (Kalimantan Selatan), Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities
  • Provide the best service to customers
  • Serving new accounts opening, ATM card replacement, etc.
  • Provide an appropriate description of the company products
  • Listen and give solution to the customer complaint
Requirements
  • Male/ female maximum 26 years old
  • Minimum Diploma 3 degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Attractive, communicative and persuasive
  • Computer literate
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Thorough, energetic and willing to work hard
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin will be advantages
  • Experienced as bank customer service prefered
