Badan Pusat Statistik - BPS or Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia is a Non-Departmental Government Institution in Indonesia which has the principal function as a provider of basic statistical data, both the government and to the general public, both nationally and regionally.
BPS operated under the directives of and responsible directly to the President of Republic of Indonesia. The Institution is headed by Director General and currently hold by Suryamin.
