PT PLN Geothermal

PT Pengembang Listrik Nasional Geothermal (PT PLN Geothermal) is a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero), focusing on the Operation and maintenance of PLTP (Pusat Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi) owned by PT PLN (Persero). Currently PT PLN Geothermal require professional candidates to be appointed as employees and will be placed in Lampung, North Sulawesi and East Nusa Tenggara.

Power Plant Operator (Code: OP)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument/ Physics Engineering

Maintenance Technician (Code: TP)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument/ Physics Engineering

Administration and General Staff (Code: TA)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Management/ Administration

Power Plant Operator (Code: OP1)

• SMK Mechanical, SMK Electricity, SMK Instrument, SMA IPA graduate

Maintenance Technician (Code: TP1)

• SMK Mechanical, SMK Electricity, SMK Instrument, SMA IPA graduate

Administration and General Staff (Code: TA1)

• SMK Management, SMK Administration, SMA IPS graduate

Operational Supervisor (SO)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument/ Physics Engineering
• Having experience as Operational Supervisor/ Team Leader at minimum 10 MW capacity PLTP

Maintenance Supervisor (SP)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument/ Physics Engineering
• Having experience as Maintenance Supervisor/ Key Technician at minimum 10 MW capacity PLTP

Engineering Supervisor (SE)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument/ Physics Engineering
• Having experience as Engineering Supervisor/ Key Technician at minimum 10 MW capacity PLTP

Finance and Administration Supervisor (SK)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Management/ Administration
• Having experience as PLTP Finance and Administration Supervisor

Well Supervisor (SW)

• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma 4 (D4)/ Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical Engineering
• Having experience as PLTP Well Supervisor.

Requirements

• Male
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia (OP, TP, TA, SO, SP, SE, SK, SW)
• Lampung and NTT recident (OP1, TP1, TA1)
• Age maximum:
• SO, SP, SK, and SW: 40 years old
• SE: 36 years old
• Other postions (OP, TP, TA, OP1, TP1, TA1):
• Diploma 4/ Bachelor: born in 1985 or thereafter
• Diploma 3: born in 1987 or thereafter
• SMA/ SMK: born in 1992 or thereafter
• Minimum GPA (of 4.00 scale)
• Diploma 3/ Diploma 4/ Bachelor: 2.70 for Engineer and 2.80 for Non-Engineer
• SMA/ SMK: Pass the National Final Examination (UAN)
