Original Equipment Manufacture ( OEM) Manager
General Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old and in a perfect health.
- Minimum S1 from reputable university.
- Minimum 1-5 years experience in automotive company as OEM Manager
- Strong leadership with ability to persuade others.
- Good network & relationship.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Fluency in written & spoken English is a must.
- Having Japanese proficiency test in grade 2 or 3.
- Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired results.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer intimacy, ability to think strategically and a motivated self starter.
General Requirements:
- Male / female maximum 30 years old
- Preferably holds a minimum of S1 degree in Finance & Accounting
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Having minimum 1-3 years in same position
- Understand and have experience in performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department
- Knowledge in Indonesian tax system regulation will be a great plus
- Able to work in team as well as individual
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
- Posses high integrity, honest, creativity, target oriented, self driven with a sense of belonging and commitment

- University Degree ( S1 ) Psychology from reputable university
- Have 2 years of experience in same position
- Understand Labor Regulation No.13 Year 2003.
- Have SIM A & SIM C , able to ride motorcycle & car
- Having good presentation skill.
- Knowledgeable about other HR processes to support other team members in different HR functions.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer Literate is must
- Good appearance, creative, innovative, energetic, aggressive, honest
General Requirements:
- Male or Female , age between 25-30 years old
- University Degree ( S1 ) in Accounting from reputable university
- Have 2 years of experience in the administration of Compensation & Benefit program
- Understand Labor Regulation No.13 Year 2003 & Tax 21.
- Have SIM A & SIM C , able to ride motorcycle & car
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills, within and outside organization
- Knowledgeable about other HR processes to support other team members in different HR functions.
- Good command of written and spoken English
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Understand Labor Regulation no.13 year 2003
- Have SIM A & SIM C
- Having good appearance, energetic, creative, innovative & honest
- Having good presentation skill
- Knoledgeable about other HR Process to support The Team
- Computer Literate.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
