Assistant Analyst - Planner (Ext-158/OPS/EXP/CGI/GPO/2011)
Responsibility
- Responsible to assit O&M Planner for managing operation and maintenance team to maintain and to improve reliability, maintainability, and availability of Combustion Turbine, Generator, Power Devices, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Balance of Plant (BOP) Equipment and their life cycle cost.
- Manage and intergrates all planning activities and scheduled work of Operation and Maintenance team including manpower, spare part and tooling, their prioritization and resources allocation for Asset's optimum output / production through performance metric and KPI and regular reporting.

- Minimum GPA : 2.75
- Discipline : Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering (Power), Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar of having experience in Gas Turbine and HRSG Operation and Maintenance.
- Having good maintenance skill and familier with common maintenance process such as repair work, preventive / predictive maintenance technique, etc.
- Having good planning and coordinating skills and ability to use planning tools (computer application).
- Familiar with Database and Computer literates for operating, managing and administering computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that run on cooperate wide area network.
- Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan or Riau).
- Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa and English.

Qualification :
- Chevron Indonesia seeks a high-caliber, experienced Indonesian National Geophysicist with proven leadership and skills in seismic data processing.
- The selected candidate will have a track-record of leading 3D seismic processing projects. She/he will work in Chevron's Jakarta Seismic Data Processing Center with a team of 6 processors plus support technicians.
- Seismic projects will include marine and land processing from Chevron and partner's operations in Sumatra, Kalimantan, West Papua, and Natuna Sea.
- Provide strong seismic analysis and problem solving skills to identify challenges and design optimized workflows for high quality processing and imaging.
- Provide hands on seismic data processing, and quality control of land, marine, transition zone and ocean bottom cable seismic data.
- Plan and manage 3D seismic processing projects, including hardware, software and manpower resource requirements.
- Mentor geophysical staff (experienced processors) in seismic data processing especially noise and water bottom multiple elimination, velocity model building, and pre-stack time and depth imaging.
- Provide technical input to vendor processing contracts and provide quality control of vendor processing.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics, Physics, Geology, or related earth science discipline.
- Experience in 3D Seismic Processing, including trace processing, velocity modeling, and imaging.
- Recent 3D pre-stack time imaging, pre-stack depth imaging, and SRME experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven investigation of algorithms, workflows, and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and track record of project delivery.

- Managing Operations and Maintenance of CoGeneration Facilities to maintain incident free operation and high reliability.
- Develop work program to maintain and to improve personnel competencies.
- Interfacing with customers to integrate Operational activities and to optimize the availability of power and steam.
- Managing Proactive Maintenance program for the gas turbines, Duct Fired Heat Recovery Steam generators and the balance of plant.
Requirements
- Education Background : Engineering degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation and Control.
- Working Experience Required (years and disciplines):
- Experienced in leadership roles of power plant operations and minimum 5 years in overall leadership roles.
- Experienced in turbo machinery maintenance with minimum 3 years in gas turbine.
- Experienced in overall engineering and petrochemical or power plant industry.
- Experienced in waste heat recovery or boiler operations and maintenance is an advantage.
