Analyst Treasury - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow report to assist top management in financial decision
• Negotiate obstacles that relates to bank in day to day operation
• Prepare reports to be sent to Bank Indonesia (BI) or other regulatory department
• Assist other department that relates to treasury/bank to conclude the project
• Execute daily treasury activity
• Negotiate terms and condition that relates to Bank to ensure a smooth operation for XL
• Negotiate Fees and Charges
• Assist Manager in setting up Treasury Facility
• Prepare analysis reports regarding current internet banking platform

Requirements

• S1 university graduate majoring in Accounting or Business
• At least 4 years work experience. Prior experience work in top 5 Public Accountant firm or account officer in top 5 bank as account officer is an advantage
• Advanced English, written & communication skills
• Familiar with banking industry and regulation
• Negotiating skills are mandatory
• Result oriented and high attention to details

Manager - Consumer Insight - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Gather, summarize, and share external marketing insights from continuous tracking, ad-hoc projects, and non-formal research such as consumers connection and desk research
• Measure and evaluate XL new programs & campaigns
• Conduct analysis of XL and competitors’ activities including  ATL & BTL activities
• Identify market trends and business opportunities
• Planning and monitoring the Budget
• Support development of marketing strategy plan to perform market segment analysis  to provide insights
• Develop and build strong relationship with agencies

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, MBA degree is preferrable
• 5+ years of experience as Consumer Insight Manager either at research agency or client side
• Mastering research both qualitative and quantitative including concept & advertising test
• Strong analytical skills, interpret the findings in the context of information
• Advance Project Management Skills

Officer Revenue Settlement - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely settlement data to Domestic and Overseas partners
• Perform monthly data exchange with partners
• Perform calculation, reconciliation and dispute settlement with partner
• Perform payment, collection and follow up long outstanding receivables

Requirements

• Hold S1 Degree
• Major in Economy - Finance
• Having experience min 2 years
