CIL Plant Designer Superintendent - Cilacap (Jateng)
Responsibilities:

- To manage and implement CAPEX Project in Narogong Plant.
- To act as Deputy Corporate Engineering Manager in Narogong.
- University graduate graduated in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- A degree or graduate diploma in Business ( e.g. accounting, finance ) or Business Management ( e.g. MBA ) is advantageous
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- 5 – 10 years work experience in continuous process / chemical / mining industry - preferably in cement
- 3 – 5 years experience in senior technical management role (Production, Maintenance etc); or
- 10 – 15 years work experience in engineering for process / chemical / mining industry, of which minimum 10 years as project manager and 5 years in a senior position.
- Computer literacy
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Understanding of cement and reduction process indulging main Auxiliary equipment
- Reading and interpreting legal documents e.g. contractors.
- Understanding of technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- To assist Electrical Engineer in obtaining data and information, concerning facilities to be upgraded, in discussing the selection and purchase of new equipment, in obtaining information from suppliers and preparing suitable drawings for fabrication.
- University graduate graduated in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- 5 – 7 years of plant drafting/design work in the cement industry
- Additional courses in Mechanical drafting and AutoCAD.
- Additional experience in mining, material handling and gas ducting would be an asset.
- Computer literacy : AutoCAD
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Understanding of cement and reduction process indulging main Auxiliary equipment
- To Understand, and to be able to produce mechanical drawings, including, detail drawing
- To Understand conceptual and civil colleagues, supervisor, and plant personnel

Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
- Participate in the conceptual development of direct marketing activities, production, and construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
- Perform administrative and financial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, preparing monthly financial report, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Experience : A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
- Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Excellence command of written & spoken English
- Economics and Accounting Skills
