Your Opportunity
- You are responsible to provide accurate, comprehensive, timely and courteous solutions to HR related questions & queries based on government regulations, company policies & procedures as employee first contact point.
- You are responsible to analyze the trend and opportunity for improvement, based on the employee inquiries data, in order to support the SSC continuous improvement as well as in assisting its implementation.
Your Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Having minimum 2 years progressive working experience in Human Resources area
- Possess solid knowledge in HR related government regulations, policies, procedures and HR Management
- Good understanding in Project Management concept
- Able to operate intermediate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, & Project)
- Proficient in verbal and written English is a must
- Good communication and presentation skill
