PT BCA Finance was established in 1981 with the name of PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing Corporation (CSML). At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and the Japan Leasing Corporation. At that time the company was still focused on the commercial finance business, such as financing production machinery, heavy equipment and transportation. Recently, we are opening opportunity for the following position:

Asset Recovery (Collection) Staff
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reminding, making visits and observations of consumers who exceed the payment due date.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, Minimum High School Education.
• Max. age 22 years for high school and 27 years for D3/S1.
• NEM average - average 6.5 (high school), IPK Min. 2.5 (D3/S1).
• Having at least 1 year work experience (high school) and unmarried (SMU).
• Fresh Garduate for D3 / S1.
• C driver's license and Motorcycles.
• Placement to the branch in the region: Jabodetabeka, especially Pondok Indah, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bogor and Non-Jabodetabeka (Java, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan), especially Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Medan, Palembang, Padang, Batam, Cakranagara, Bengkulu , Pematang Siantar, Kudus, Bukit Tinggi, Tanjung Pinang.

Marketing Staff
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet the sales targets set by the company and maintain a good relationship with the consumer and the dealer / automotive showroom.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, Minimum High School Education.
• Max. age 22 years for high school and 27 years for D3/S1.
• NEM average - average 6.5 (high school), IPK Min. 2.5 (D3/S1).
• Having at least 1 year work experience (high school) and unmarried (SMU).
• Fresh Garduate for D3 / S1.
• C and shall have a motorcycle license.
• It never worked as a Surveyor in Marketing or other Multifinance company.
• Willing to be placed on the branches in the region: Jabodetabeka, especially Pondok Indah, Bekasi, City, WTC Mangga 2, Daan Mogot, Green Garden, Depok, Bogor, Karawang. Non-Jabodetabeka (Java, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan), Batam in particular, Cakranagara, Bengkulu, Pematang Siantar, Kudus, Bukit Tinggi, Tanjung Pinang, Lampung, Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Cirebon, Denpasar, Padang, Pontianak, Samarinda , Makassar, Pekanbaru, Semarang, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya

MARKETING STAFF 

Responsibilities:

• Having at least 1 year work experience (SMU) and unmarried (SMU).
• Fresh Garduate for D3 / S1.
• have a motorcycle license (SIM C).
• It never worked as a Marketing or Surveyor in corporate Other Multifinance.
• Willing to be placed in the BCA Finance branch in Kudus, Mataram, Batam, Jambi, Medan (Cakranegara, Batam, Bengkulu, Pematang Siantar, Kudus)
