MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
- A development program prepared by the company to prepare candidates to fill managerial positions. Candidates will receive comprehensive training over 9-12 months consisting of classroom training, on-the-job training, and marketing assignment.
