Responsibilities:

• MDP is a one year development program to create and prepare FIF’s future leaders. It consist financing business process training and develop candidates competencies to be a great leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, last semester students are welcomed to apply
• Maximum 27 years old
• Willing to located all around Indonesia
